Rehoming two 1 1/2 year old dogs

I am desperately seeking new homes for my two dogs preferably together if possible they are brothers and have never been apart. I am battling an incurable cancer and can no longer care for these babies. We love them and they have been treated like family. As much as it hurts I need to find them a new home and sooner the better so they can reattach to a family. They love to snuggles play and give lots of kids. They are great with other dogs cats and kids. They are part border collie, Queensland healer.
