Davis Roofing and Restoration is searching for a new laborer as well as a Roofing/siding repair tech to help handle our growing amount of incoming work and work we are bound to have with the coming storm season. We are mid sized growing company with revenue that has consistently grown year after year and we’re expecting to close to double in 2022. Even with our growth we strive to keep our team to have a family type feel. We come to work to have each others back and help each team member to excel in their position. At Davis Roofing we care about keeping a clean and positive reputation that we've worked so hard to currently have. With that we don't tolerate negative attitudes or complainers. We have a "can do" and "we'll figure it out" type mentality. We expect you to be presentable and treat the customer and their home with respect while we are there performing their project. We are looking for a professional repair tech with experience in roofing/siding/trim/gutter repairs and helping with attic insulation. We prefer an experienced tech but willing to train the right person. The laborer we are looking for will be working along with this tech or with one of our other techs on a regular basis. Truck and tools are preferred but can also be provided if needed. Davis Roofing and Restoration is an independently owned and operated home improvement company located in Powell, OH. Salary/pay will vary for repair tech depending on experience and whether we are providing truck and tools or not. Laborer will start at around $16-$20/hr depending on skill set.
