Seeking a puppy

I recently lost my longtime companion and I seek another small dog to share my days and nights with. I am retired and living in Missoula so I can spend all of my time with the dog. I live in an apartment so I need a small dog, nothing larger than 20 pounds. I also hope to find a dog born AFTER March 28 of this year. So, I would like to find a newborn pup or even a dog who will be having a litter soon that I could get a pup from. Please contact me if you have something that might work. I would be very grateful.
