Position Summary: This position is to assist the company of properly disposing of our agricultural by-product(s) to the provided location(s).  QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Diploma of GED – CDL and preferable CDLA’s driver’s license. Job Description:  ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide trucking for the clean out of the company’s spent compost to our pad, to various farming fields that are set up in advance • Deliveries for our sales of our product • Running a pay loader • Loading and unloading trucks and incoming trucks at the pad located within our facility • If CDLA qualified: drive the company tractor and or trailers to the company garbage truck for the stump removal process • Must be able to communicate with Manager and other drivers on a daily basis. • Follow safety protocols and requirements for a safe working place with respect to our company policies. Essential Skills and Abilities: - A background or previous employment in agriculture fields is preferred but not required. -Required start time at 6 am -The successful applicant must have the ability to communicate fluently and clearly in English, use good judgment, and have excellent -Interpersonal communication skills. Basic computer skills are a requirement. -Certifications / Licenses A valid driver's license. -Off-load coordination of all raw materials including; placement, ticketing, moisture testing, follow up invoice and billing. -Regular communication with the Area Manager to establish delivery needs and quality concerns on a weekly basis. -Conducting regular inspections on incoming materials to insure they are being stored / covered properly and monitoring the volumes -Process all invoicing related to raw materials -Coordinate with accounting department on all billing/invoicing related to department. -Assist with inside sales and marketing of materials sold to vendors. -Maintaining strong relationships with drivers, vendors, and farmers. Physical Demands: Always required to speak and comprehend English, Spanish, or both Always required to sit, stand or walk. Always required to see with or without corrective lenses. Frequently required to utilize fine motor coordination in hands and arms. Frequently required to lift, up to 30 pounds; occasionally required to lift, up to 45 pounds. Occasionally required to balance, stoop or crouch. Regularly required to climb stairs. Work Environment: Always required to act professionally. Occasionally exposed to a variety of temperatures, weather conditions, and sound levels. Occasionally exposed to hazardous conditions requiring personal protective equipment. Cognitive Skills: Always required to think, evaluate, and make decisions Regularly required to analyze, study, compare and report.
