Pool technicians and Pool Technician Assistant Carlton Pools is seeking career-minded, self-motivated individuals who are looking to become a part of a company that provides top of the line in-ground swimming pool service, and offers competitive wages, and many benefits. Job Description: • Open and winterize swimming pools in accordance with company procedures. • Perform weekly maintenance of swimming pools, spas, and water features. including water chemistry balancing, cleaning, and checking over equipment and automation systems. • Diagnose and repair swimming pool equipment and automation systems including pumps/motors, heaters, automation (Jandy, Pentair, Hayward), electrical, plumbing, and automatic pool cleaners. • Measure, install, and repair safety pool covers. • Maintain a clean, stocked company truck. • Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers. • Work well both independently and on a team. • Fill out necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Requirements: • Must possess excellent client/communication skills. • Must to be able to lift 75 lbs. • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. • Must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays during our busy seasons (spring and fall). • Must have transportation to and from our shop in Warminster at the beginning and end of each day. • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • High school diploma or equivalent.
