I have been looking for a home for almost YEAR now, because of this crazy market, and am running out of time!!!! My daughter and I ***NEED TO FIND A HOME TO BUY!!! It just needs to be able to pass a standard inspection, and has to be located in a city with a population of less than 35k people.
