Pictures taken should reflect the damage of the house and signs that the house is vacant. 2. Look for houses being sold off market (without a realtor). Be sure to get the owners name, phone number and property address. 3. No internet leads. ALL leads must come from driving or word of mouth referrals. Must have: 1. Reliable transportation 2. A working digital camera or smartphone 3. A notebook Signs of a vacant house: - Weeds, tall grass - No cars around - Notices on the door - Full mailbox - Shutoff notices - Boarded up - Broken windows - Signs that no one lives there
