BOULDER, CO — The city of Boulder launched a series of community feedback sessions Wednesday to gather input on the University of Colorado Boulder's proposal to annex its CU South property. "The university has applied for permission to annex land it owns in the southern part of the city into the city for the purpose of expanding its campus in this location," the city said in a news release. "As part of annexation, the university has also agreed to give the city ownership and access to a portion of the parcel so the city could construct a flood mitigation system that would help protect nearby, vulnerable neighborhoods."
