help send certified mail

I need someone to print out a few things and help me send a certified mail through USPS. I will need the return receipt, so you will need to have an address for them to send the return receipt to. You will need to scan or take a picture of the return receipt and send it to me. You will need to print out about 30 pages. Payment is 30-50 dollars. I can ONLY pay via PayPal.
