Local drystack marina has openings for full time dockhands and mechanic trainees. Applicants must be 16 years or older and have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Boating experience and/or some general mechanical experience helpful. Job includes assisting with boat stacking and launching, general facility cleaning and repair, and boat cleaning. Individuals showing the desire and skills to move into mechanical repair work will be offered on the job and factory training for outboard and boat repair. This is a year round position with paid vacation and sick leave. Applicants will be required to pass a drug test and background check. Will consider high school or community college students on a part time basis. Starting salary will be based on the applicants skills and experience, but will be in the range of $12--$15 hour.
