ISO Anyone who bought Shih Tzu recently from Martin Area

Hello! We recently purchased a ShihTzu puppy. I’m looking for other buyers. We agreed on price for a female, but they brought a male puppy. Thought this was strange, they claimed to have mixed puppies up with prior lady they met at Walmart and couldn’t get ahold of her. Ultimately decided to take the puppy home. I sent a picture that evening, because the woman begged I keep in touch. My number was BLOCKED. Was told the puppy was 7 weeks and eating solids. This puppy has no clue how to eat and is not weaned. We took to vet and it was aged at 4 weeks old, 1.4 lbs and I’m bottle feeding this poor puppy. If you happened to purchase a puppy, please contact me. I don’t have ANY information and would like to know your experience with these people, if you have any information at all. Thank you.
