Black and white Cat

I have a young black and white cat that we found on a bench at Munson park. He is secure in our home for now but he isn't clicking with the rest of our household( to no fault of his own, my dog has no self control and likes to chase it) I believe it's a male cat, not sure if fixed. It's been friendly towards us, little skittish but will warm up in no time. We've only had him for two weeks so I can't provide much info other than that. Please text only. ) He will come with everything we bought for him. (Litter box, bag of food, treats, and two cans of wet food)
