Work Experience: -Not necessary. Come eager to learn and grow in the trades with a good attitude and get paid to do it! Job Description: -Picking up and delivering materials, demo, job site clean up, framing, plumbing, drywall, tile, doors/windows, trenching, finish carpentry, but not limited to. Requirements: -Physically capable. Able to lift heavy items, or at least willing to try your best. Able to climb ladders and walk on roofs. -Reliable transportation (preferably a truck)/valid CA drivers license. -Speak English -Must have a good attitude, be a team player, willing to learn and able to take constructive criticism. -Must be willing to grow and share their knowledge. My name is Justin, I am owner/operator at Justonian Builders, Inc. I am a currently a one man show, but have built up an amazing team of subcontractors over the last 10 years that can handle just about any project and/or challenge presented. We strive to go above and beyond the industry standards, and we believe that is what sets us apart from others. Putting out good quality work with a good attitude is 50% of the job and the other 50% is being attentive and accommodating to our clients to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for them and their home. I am currently looking for an apprentice that is not afraid of hard work, willing to learn the trades that will last a lifetime, and potentially grow with the business.
