We are a real estate property management company located in Detroit. We are a growing company that manages over 200 homes & apartement units, with a growing maintenance tech team. We are looking for a qualified person in plumbing and/or drywall to help our team members up their skill level in these areas. The would include on site training at vacant properties, or shadowing on service calls. Pay is $25-$40 an hour based on skill level, or a negotiated flat rate pay per training session.
