JOB DESCRIPTION: Warehouse/Delivery Associate – Part-time COMPANY OVERVIEW: We are a local liquor company looking for a dynamic self-starter, comfortable in all environments, to join our team as described below. SUMMARY: Manages and oversees local warehouse inventory and product movements and all local on/off-premise sales deliveries as needed working toward company goals and initiatives on a part-time basis. Ensures that the efforts are focused on appropriate activities in order to achieve long-term objectives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Completes shipments by processing, loading, and packaging orders. • Prepares orders by processing requests pulling materials, packing boxes. • Send orders via appropriate shipment method; customer dependent. • Complete deliveries as needed. • Collect and file all inventory and delivery paperwork. • Maintain vehicle by completing preventative maintenance requirements as needed. • Enforce inventory controls by maintaining accurate inventory and processing orders correctly. • Provide quality customer service to all Casazul personnel and delivery accounts. • Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping warehouse, shelves, pallet area, delivery vehicle, and workstation neat and clean. • Completes inventory counts and reporting monthly and as needed to ensure accurate inventory at all times. • Assists in the management to ensure flawless execution of our programming and brands. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
