Rental Yard Tech Form Tech Concrete Forms, Inc. is looking for yard/warehouse team members who can handle a fast -paced environment with a great team. Established in 1976, Form Tech is a Michigan based company with 7 full-service locations throughout Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Form Tech is a leading supplier of concrete forming and shoring equipment and related accessories to concrete subcontractors and general contractors for use in a variety of commercial construction projects. Starting Pay and Benefits: • We offer a very competitive starting hourly wage. • After 90 days, you are eligible to receive our health care benefits which includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance options. • We also offer a great 401K retirement plan with a very aggressive company match program (at 6 months). Details of the Job: • Your primary job will be filling orders and safely loading delivery trucks that take the equipment to various jobsites. This is a year-round position. • You will also receive the equipment back into the yard, do a count and damage assessment of the equipment, make sure it is clean, and communicate these numbers to the billing desk. • You will help with physical inventory cycle counts. • Overall, this is a fast-paced job where there is always something to keep you busy! General Qualities and Proficiencies • You must have a “Get it done” attitude. • Prior construction experience is not necessary. We will train you on the various types of equipment which also includes certification of operating a fork-lift. • We are looking for people who are willing to learn and are interested in joining a profession that can never be outsourced. • General computer skills are helpful, but no formal education is required. • Must be able to lift up-to 75 pounds with assistance.
