Established construction company that does everything from providing emergency services to secure a property, building maintenance, full gut rehabs and everything in between. We are looking to hiring people of all skill levels for all trades (just need you to be honest about your ability, No One does "everything') listed below. Must have excellent communication skills, be able to show up on time and have hand tools for respected trade. This is an hourly position with weekly pay and 1099, we do NOT pay per job or looking for subcontractors at this time. We have year round work with very little down time and have many clients and will occasionally have to move employees to different jobs. Labor/Demo Building Maintenance Technicians (familiar with CHA & Section 8) Property Preservation Technicians (familiar with HUD Guidelines) Mechanical Trades Electrical Plumbing HVAC Carpentry - Framing Carpentry - Finish & Cabinetry Installation Drywall Flooring (hardwood & LVT) Painting Tile Setter Also Looking for cleaning people If you are interested please reply with which trade/trades you are applying for along with a phone number so someone can call and schedule an interview.
