Help is currently needed at our Carrollwood Shopping Center. We are looking to hire and train someone to take over the Property Manager's position. The job is steady from 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $18 per hour but will be increased based on ability and experience, once the initial training period is over. Duties include: Cleaning, pressure washing, painting, patching, etc. Sometimes it's as simple as opening a door for a prospective tenant. We do try to keep most projects in house so construction and handyman skills are a plus but not required. If you are willing to work and learn we will train you. You must be punctual.
