We are a well-established (38 years) roofing company looking for someone with flexibility, initiative, and a strong desire to exceed expectations to join our production team. Most work is outside and requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ladder use is required. Duties include the items below, BUT we expect you to be able to prioritize and implement any new duties as assigned AND have the initiative to inquire if additional steps/procedures or processes would be beneficial to the task. DUTIES: Prepare shop materials & tools for crews Loading/unloading material & tools for jobs General shop/yard organization & maintenance & upkeep Categorize materials & equipment Storage, repair, & maintenance of material and equipment Inventory – Materials Inventory & Maintenance – Tools Provide support for crews (material runs, etc.) Safety Inspections Fleet Management Must have a valid WA State Driver’s License Forklift experience a plus
