Please call Shirley 951-264-1738 or send your resume to [email protected] Payrate: $24 - $27 DOE Responsibilities - Handles many duties related to shipping, receiving, stock replenishment, and processing spare parts within a warehouse, overseeing inventory, and maintaining quality control and use ERP system to keep track the inventory, and goods received - Retrieves and pack items, spare parts from a warehouse for shipping - Has the organizational and managerial skills to maintain the warehouse, tools, and equipment and keep them clean, safe and in orderly conditions - Is willing to work above and beyond, as sometimes the employee will need to deliver the spare parts to the service and construction sites - Willingness to learn the skillsets of using Navision for warehouse management - Responsible for overseeing, and coordinating waste disposal, refuse collection and recycling activities in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner - Willingness to help manage the warehouse facilities at another locations within California - You will be working as a part of service and construction warehouse and supply chain management & logistics department, which handles purchasing, warehousing, parts planning, waste disposal, and transportation. The job site is in Ontario, CA Working relations - Global warehouse management and logistics teams - Construction project and Service and Operation technicians, and engineers in California Professional qualifications - You have working experience from similar warehouse jobs at a service & maintenance organization - You have similar experience managing the inventory transactions in Navision or another ERP system - Possible logistics experience - You desire to be efficient and know the importance of quality and punctuality Personal qualifications - You work in a structured way and create good results. - You are independent, flexible and have "drive" - You are service-minded and self-disciplinary - You have a good overview and thrive on having many tasks in progress at the same time - You can follow a problem to the door, as well as ensure that loose ends are picked up - You have a valid California driver license and valid California forklift training, and certification to operate the warehouse forklift Please call Shirley 951-264-1738 or send your resume to [email protected]
