Offering a free Studio Apartment with all of the bills paid for a Maintenance person to live on site and perform all duties associated with Apartment Maintenance. Must have lots of experience in this area. Please include all of your experience when you respond please. This is a no smoking and no pet property. Must have the ability to install small Kitchenets. This is a part time and you would be able to have another full time job as the hours are flexable. You would need your own tools and have transportation. You would be an Independent Contractor and would work about 15 hours per week depending on your experience. There would be some on call for emergencies. We would require references.
