ADVICE NEEDED

Hi all, I’m having flooring installed and I’m realizing my floor guy is sketchy and I just want things done and him gone! My floor actually looks beautiful but I’m worried it should have a “finish” of some sort. The wood seems like just cut with no finish. It is perfectly smooth but looks “raw” if that make sense. See pictures. Thanks for any advice.
