Job Description Maintenance Technician Full Time Tuesday thru Saturday 7am - 3:30pm (may vary) $17/hr starting wage Immediate openings!!! Basic plumbing electrical and carpentry knowledge Valid Drivers License Required Patrols parking lot to maintain building appearance by picking up paper and trash from the sidewalks and parking lots, also reporting any seen issues. Light Electrical such as changing Ballast Light Plumbing such as tending to leaking faucets Floor Work such as stripping, waxing, buffing Wall Repair such as patching and painting Will be required to move items from one place to another. Required to lift 50 lbs., anything over 50lbs will require assistance. Repetitive motion required on a daily basis and may include: pushing, pulling, reaching, squatting, and lifting. Power washing sidewalks, and buildings.
