We are looking for a few more energetic people to join our team! We have full time positions available on mowing/maintenance crews and landscape maintenance crews. No hardscaping/pavers, digging, planting or install work, as we are maintenance only company. Normal shifts are approximately 9 hours per day, 7:30am-4:30pm. Monday-Friday is our normal work week, with some Saturday shifts. 1.5x pay for OT, and OT is available almost all season. Starting pay for crew member is $15 per hour, plus a $2/hr bonus just for showing up on time every day for the whole work week, so $17/hr. Crew leaders pay is $17-$20/hr, plus the $2/hr bonus. Crew leader pay is negotiable based on experience, knowledge base, having spray license etc. Crew leaders must have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation to and from work. If you live next to the train, our location is within walking distance of the Military Highway Tide light rail train station in Norfolk. Easy commute from Portsmouth, Chesapeake or Virginia Beach, as we are right near 264/64 interchange. Raises and additional bonuses given based on performance, and there are opportunities to move up within our growing company. Experience preferred, but not required for crew member position.
