Major food distribution company located in the Bronx is hiring full-time Produce Production Team Members. Our Prep Associates are responsible for handling and preparing produce (wash, peel, cut, scale, package, etc.) in bulk scale quantities within a state-of-the-art industrial kitchen. JOB OVERVIEW: Wash, peel, cut, and prep Packing them in bags, trays and containers Use kitchen tools/ machinery with safety and efficiency (e.g. tomato slicer, pack line sealer, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in food prep Must have experience using kitchen equipment and understand how to properly use knives Must be comfortable with working in a temperature controlled warehouse kitchen (refrigerated environment) Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 CONTACT EDDIE TODAY!
