A strategic plan is your guidebook, your organizational roadmap, the path to follow from inception to evaluation of programs and projects.
.Plans are developed for numerous purposes and range from very complex to brief outlines. There is no magic formula for developing a strategic plan, for planning is an art rather than a science, but there are elements that should be present in all of them. In this session, Jennifer will present a process to help you maximize your chances of building a successful plan.
The program includes 30 minutes of networking with peers, then the presentation, followed by any questions.
Jennifer Moss Wilson, APR, CPRC, has a bachelor’s degree in communications from East Carolina University and more than 25 years of healthcare Public Relations and Marketing experience. She is currently the Service Line Marketing Manager for Sarasota Memorial Health Care System.
An FPRA member since 1998, Jennifer served for many years on the Central West Coast Chapter board including as Chapter President in 2003.
At the state level, she served on the FPRA Executive Committee for 12 terms, including serving as State Association President in 2011 and as this year's Chair of the Florida Public Relations EducationFoundation. In August of 2016, she was recognized for her continued and sustained leadership in FPRA with the John W. Dillin Professional Award.
