We are paying experienced leads $60k your first year with our company. **WE ARE OFFERING A $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT. EMPLOYEE MUST WORK 5 SHIFTS PER WEEK FOR A FULL MONTH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SIGN ON BONUS. MUST BE ON TIME FOR EACH SHIFT.** Experience is required for our Lead position. A valid DL, clean driving record and background check is required along with a strong work ethic. We are hiring a full time pressure washing Lead. Most of our work is third shift, however in the Spring and Summer, we have more day time jobs. Consistent, substantial OT each check. Willingness to travel when needed during the week is a plus (drive time, hotels and per diem paid for travel).
