Speakers: Marc Jones - CAST Software Title - Application Modernization Full Description Marc Jones, Senior Vice President at CAST will present the topic of software modernization with a focus on strategies for modernization of portfolios to enterprise native cloud (used by USAF Cloud One), approaches to de-risk refactoring of complex legacy to modern architectures and lastly a view on how to automate verification of modernized systems for compliance with the latest standards such as ISO 5055 and software bill of materials for open source (SBOM). Marc will share experience from DoD and government agency programs as well as his work as Federal Director at CISQ (www.it-cisq.org) the group that defined the ISO 5055 measures. This session would be of interest to State, Federal or industry leaders who procure, manage or support software intensive systems.
