30 minutes to tell me about yourself and share your story. I am a Counseling doctoral student and have an assignment to interview someone different than myself. The aim of the interview is to centralize the story and experience of someone that has different identities than me. This can include differences in terms of any facet of identity. I am a white cisgender female who identifies as straight, I am from a middle socioeconomic background. If the different intersections of who you are differ from mine, you're the person for the job! This would be a judgement free conversation and you can feel free to share anything you're comfortable with. We would be talking over zoom and I would record the interview but only submit the audio recording as part of my class. The only person who would have access to this would be my professor.
