April's wine dinner features the Argentinian winery Alta Vista. Each course highlights the unique and subtle nuances of the wine this vineyard has to experience. Our first course is a garlic and parmesan stuffed mushroom served paired with Alta Vista Estate Torrontes. The second course consists of a hearty beef short rib and vegetable soup. This deeply rich soup is paired with Alta Vista Atemporal Red Blend. The main course features our spring special: grilled lamb chops. This decadent entree will be paired with Alta Vista Malbec Estate Mendoza. Finally, our dessert will be a cherry and almond crumble that is complimented perfectly by Alta Vista Brut Rose.
