We'll do a slow vinyasa flow to the soundtrack of Guardians of the Galaxy in a less intimidating setting, Seedstock Brewery! Enjoy one beer included with your ticket after yoga and start your Saturday morning off right. Wear comfy clothes you can move in and bring your water and a mat (I have a few extra) and props you like to use (I have a few extra)!
