Welcome to the FIRST of MANY events hosted by Asé Wellness! This day is for moms who haven't had 5 minutes to themselves in weeks! The mom who's cup is empty and needs to be poured into! Let's celebrate YOU!
I will be incorporating beginner yoga stretches with meditation, which is something I do for myself when I feel tense or stressed. There will be an activity as well!
Light refreshments will be served and self care bags given as a small token of my appreciation for you!
