(Terminal leave must be completed).Supply Chain topics include: Supply Chain Strategy & Planning, Supply Chain Sourcing, Forecasting and Risk Management, Supply Chain Network Design, Supply Chain Operations & Inventory Management, ERP Systems & Performance Measures. LEAN Six Sigma topics include: A3 Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Group Improvement, 5S Organization, Standard Work, Job Instruction, Project Charters, Run Charts, Performance Board Pareto Charts, 5 Why’s, Fishbone Cause and Effect Diagrams, Risk Management, FMEA and SWOT Analysis. The LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate is based on practical application of the tools listed above on Supply Chain scenarios with in-class projects.
