Bay Area students, elected officials, and community leaders will “Rally for Our Earth” in front of Palo Alto City Hall. Food provided. Bay Area students will “Rally for Our Earth” on Friday, April 22nd from 4 to 6 p.m. at King Plaza, in front of Palo Alto. Welcoming friends, families, and any community members, this event will feature guest speakers Rep. Anna Eshoo, Assembly member Marc Berman, Mayor Pat Burt, and other environmental leaders and musicians. Arrive early to save your spot in the crowd! Gearing community members up for climate action, after the rally, at 5, students will lead a march around and back to King Plaza. After the march, visit local organizations' tables and hang your Earth Day pledges on the "Pledge tree". “Rally for Our Earth” is a chance to celebrate the climate progress our cities have already made and to encourage a community spirit as we push for a more sustainable future.
