"Tales and Things" is about a monster who doesn't want to be one anymore and is looking for friends. Williston Community Theatre will be hosting "Gala Night at the Theatre" on Thursday, June 23 at the Isham Family Farm. Come in your finery and celebrate saying hello to your neighbors for a pre-show cocktail by Wild Hart Distillery, silent auction, Blue Moon Jazz Trio and meet the lyricist/composer of the hilarious musical, "Tales and Things". Laugh along with 7 community cast members as they sing, dance and act their way through this slightly over hour long show. 7 more community members are 'behind the scenes', lending a helpful hand as the story moves along. Audience members will be delightfully entertained by a monster named, "Thing", hedgehogs, dancing rabbits and Kings, scared lambs, a prince who doesn't want to fight the dragon and the cast favorite-a tap dancing Hare!!!
