This event will get you nice and warm with a 45 minute vinyasa flow and then cool you down and set you up for deep relaxation with 45 minutes of yin yoga. This event is very beginner friendly! Try out two beautiful forms of yoga!

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.
The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.
While vinyasa yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
By merging the two practices together, you will get the benefits of strengthening and lengthening muscle and connective tissue, while resetting your emotions/ stress from throughout the week. The perfect pairing to start your day.
