Lost- clear plastic tarp

I know it's a long shot but last night in the wind storm I lost a clear plastic tarp off of my car that I use to protect a leaky moon roof. It's actually a clear shower curtain lining and it had a bright pink hair band and a small white rope attached to the one side. It blew off on West Racine street but could be anywhere with the wind how it was. Let me know if you happened to have seen it. Thanks for reading! 😊
