Friday, April 8th 7p-9p at Flow Yoga West Anderson Lane Energy Exchange: $22 You will start the evening with dropping into yourself through heart opening Mama Cacao.. Then you will move into an immersive journey of experiencing the aspects of the Divine Feminine & Masculine, direction mixed with flow. We will open ourselves up to sharing in a safe space to activate our inner understanding and expression of the two dynamics to promote a symbiotic union within and without.
