Needed: A flexible person who can take on different job duties at different times. Some duties will be a constant. Including regular landscaping, light fixes on property, moving deliveries and shipping items, fixing regular maintenance duties, small leaks, cracks, and other things to keep up on.
20-30 hour per week.
