CROFTON, MD — While sitting in her vehicle at the Bank of American drive-thru ATM at 2001 Davidsonville Road, a woman reported to police that a man with a handgun approached her vehicle and tapped on her passenger side window. The incident occurred Nov. 29 at approximately 8:40 p.m. According to the Anne Arundel County Police Department, the man, approximately 30 to 40 years old, took off running when the woman sped away to seek help at the CVS store across the parking lot. Officers searched the area but couldn't find the suspect. Robbery detectives are investigating and ask that anyone with information call 410-222-4720 or the Tip line at 410-222-4700.
