Musicians from the Greenville Symphony visit the SC Children's Theatre to present classical music to a young audience. FREE Join us for a special reading of Jon Scieszka's A Frog Prince Continued (Illustrated by Steve Johnson). Traysie Amick from the South Carolina Children's Theatre will narrate the story. The Greenville Symphony Wind Quintet performs William Grant Still's Miniatures 1. I Ride an Old Paint (U.S.A.) 2. Adolorido (Mexico) 3. Jesus is a Rock in the Weary Land (U.S.A.) 4. Yaravi (Peru) 5. A Frog Went A-Courtin (U.S.A) Attendees are asked to explore the emotions of the story and how the music by William Grant Still represents those emotions.
