A program designed to build cultural bridges between Arizona and Sonora through cinema. Introducing CINE AL PEDAL, pedal powered cinema. Cine Sonora will include five short films created by Sonoran filmmakers with inspiring themes such as empowering women, storytelling from the borderlands, documentary, and Comcaac indigenous culture. This program hopes to shine a light on the strong Sonoran culture that exists in Tucson, while celebrating the filmmaking talent on both sides of the border.
