Work typically includes securing, trash removal, bi-weekly grass cuts, landscaping, janitorial, minor repairs, fencing, etc. Client seeking additional bids for water heater strapping, window / slider repair, adjuster meet and greet, and initial landscaping. This opportunity would be best suited for a vendor in close proximity to Watsonville, as procuring "Before" photographs is necessary to supplement bids we present to our client. Knowledge of digital photography and large batch photo submission and photo file compression is mandatory. Vendors receiving significant work volumes must possess General Liability Insurance.
