Second camera shooter for sweet nature-based wedding

Looking for a seasoned photographer to capture most of the family portraits as well as double up during the ceremony itself to optimize coverage. This is a non-traditional wedding in the Santa Cruz redwoods with a very sweet couple. We are aiming for earthy, candid, emotion driven photos filled with heart and natural vibes. I will be going for primarily nonstandard shots, while the second shooter grabs all of the more standard group shots. Looking for someone who has a big kind heart and a calm demeanor - this is the signature of most of my services and I would work best with a similar person.
