Interface Analysis Associates located in Saratoga/San Jose near Westgate Mall is conducting a usability study on a pen injector type device used while administering insulin for diabetes. Both patients and family members are running in our session between April 4 - April 20. Half of our group will be insulin pen experienced and half will be naïve. In our session you will be asked to read the instructions for use that come with the device and demonstrate how to use. Note: you will not be administering or taking any medication in our session. Simulation only. Your participation helps make sure the instructions are clear and easy to understand and determine if the product is easy for individuals to use. Contact Lauren at ASAP.
