10 course tasting & wine pairing featuring local product and chefs to support Project Black and Blue and the hospitality community
Craftmade Aprons presents: Thistle & Grit - 12 chefs, 10 courses, 1 purpose.
A 10 course tasting menu of locally sourced products, focused on food sustainability and whole animal butchery. This tasting menu will focus on the versatility of beef, incorporating different cuts into each course of the tasting menu. Each course will highlight one chef or chef team, highlighting their skills developed through their industry pivot. This 10 course tasting menu complements hand selected paired wines from WineBow or mocktails created with products from the Fermentation Station.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Project Black and Blue - - a fund committed to providing tangible assistance to members of the service industry family.
*THIS MENU IS NOT VEGAN FOR VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY* - as the focus of this particular event is “beef”, no vegan or vegetarian friendly substitutes are available. Keep an eye out for future ”veggie-centric” events!
