Press release from the Town of Westwood: April 3, 2022 Select Board Meeting Date: 04/11/2022 6:30 PM Location: Via Zoom Webinar Full Agenda to follow The Westwood Select Board will hold a remote Public Meeting on Monday, April 11, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., pursuant to The Acts of 2022, signed February 12, 2022, which allows the Select Board in consultation with the Moderator to reduce the quorum to as little as 10% of the normal quorum. On April 11, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Select Board, the Board will take up the issue of reducing the quorum for the 2022 Annual Town Meeting, in consultation with the Moderator. The 2022 Annual Town Meeting will be held on May 2, 2022. This meeting will be conducted via remote means. Members of the public who wish to access the meeting may do so by using the Webinar link below. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, for reasons of economic hardship and despite best efforts, we will post on the Town website an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting. The meeting will be filmed lived by Westwood Media Center available for viewing on Comcast channel 12 and Verizon channel 42.
