Pacific Bay Equipment Service & Sales, an industry leader of high-end industrial cleaning equipment, is seeking a self-motivated Service Technician to join our team. **PLEASE RESPOND BY EMAIL WITH YOUR RESUME/WORK EXPERIENCE AND WHY YOU WOULD BE AN ASSET TO OUR COMPANY Troubleshoot and repair all brands of hot-water and cold-water pressure washers and other related equipment Daily completion of all associated documentation (work orders, invoicing, etc) Daily interaction with customers, providing the highest level of customer service Effectively communicate with all team members Preparation of new equipment and detergents prior to sale Responsible for proper and safe use of all tools, trucks and equipment Requirements: Mechanical Aptitude required Strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics Customer Service skills Ability to work well in a team atmosphere and independently Computer skills Good oral and written communication skills Clean driving record and valid CA driver’s license Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member HVAC background/training a plus Own tools a plus Bilingual is a plus Small Engine repair experience is a plus Willing to train a prime candidate with outstanding work ethic We Offer: Competitive Salary Benefits including medical and 401k Paid vacations and holidays Company paid training Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance, Health savings account, Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift M-F 8AM - 5PM Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred) **PLEASE RESPOND BY EMAIL WITH YOUR RESUME/WORK EXPERIENCE AND WHY YOU WOULD BE AN ASSET TO OUR COMPANY
