POSITION SUMMARY: The Camp Director is responsible for planning, operating and implementing safe, innovative and high-quality programs for all staff, guests and participants.  The Camp Chickami Director is responsible for camp enrollments and revenue to further the YMCA mission. This role is expected to provide high quality services through courteous, consistent, professional, and knowledgeable community relations and to ensure that all aspects of Camp Chickami run seamlessly year-round.
