Weekly aerobic exercise class with some Motown and 70's tunes to get everyone groovin
Research has shown that regular aerobic exercise is not only good for the body, but good for the mind.
In this class, we will groove through 3.5 miles with easy to follow moves & music you know and enjoy!
A little Motown, 70’s funk, classic rock & pop favorites are all included to ensure EVERYONE is having fun.
Start your week off on the right foot (no pun intended), with a strong body, clear mind and a healthy dose of Vitamin D & fresh air.
If you would like to bring a set of small hand weights (1-5 pds) feel free! We can integrate in weight training throughout the workout. Weights however are not NECESSARY to attend.
Let Go & Groove will be followed by Yoga for Stress relief with Natasha if you would like to attend that as well. (Separate Class Fee For Yoga)
